Bio:
Terry G. McQueen (Mac) has worn many hats over the years. He is a retired deputy sheriff who has excelled at several hobbies. He was the officer that would help you to your car with groceries one minute and take down Utah’s most wanted the next. At 60 years of age (You would never know if it was not for this) he is an avid wake surfer, SCUBA diver, RV’er, skier, world traveler, accomplished wood worker, and blooming resin/epoxy artist.
Mac’s passion for woodworking has only increased since the cough ‘60’s, and the quality and attention to detail is incredible. He has several “failed projects” around his wood shop that would still be considered high end by many. He refuses to sell those because they are not up to par, and he will not burn his signature logo to these “underserving pieces.”
Mac painstakingly designs and builds each piece over the course of hours, days, and weeks. He uses only the finest materials and ever improving joining techniques to create these one-of-a-kind masterpieces. Take a few minutes to count how many pieces of wood it takes to create a segmented bowl and know that is only the first step before turning, sanding, finishing, and branding.
